Ways to make an appointment
You may make an appointment or walk-in to one of our donation centres to donate blood. When you visit the blood bank, you will still need to pass a detailed health assessment, including a haemoglobin level blood test, before you can donate.
Note: If you are 16 or 17 years old, you will need a signed parental consent form to donate blood.
Make an online appointment
You can download the new DonateBlood mobile app or use the web portal to book an appointment. Do note that you will need SingPass to log in.

You may also fill up the Donor Health Assessment Questionnaire and Declaration Form online to save time at the blood bank.

Walk-in
If you prefer, you can also walk in to any of our blood donation centres to donate blood.
